Must have watched Innerspace every single time HBO played it.
And loved it each time. But then again I was a young.
Hopefully, it still holds up. Looking forward to an HDD review.

About damn time for Free Willy.
All we got was a 3rd-sequel but never the original! I have the laserdisc in storage and the dvd on the wall. Will it get properly encoded (??) We've seen water wreak havoc with codecs quite regularly, and we've seen Warner often times spend minimal effort on less popular catalog titles.

I'm both excited, AND worried about this release. Please Warner, don't f*ck this up! It'd be amazing if they did some sort of special edition for Free Willy. Heck, even a commentary track with Simon Wincer, Jason James Richter, and Lori Petty would be awesome! But again, it's Warner Bros., and you just know they won't do jack sh*t with it

I'm with you. That movie was a lot of fun when I was a kid. It's been a loooong time since I've seen it though. I'm guessing it probably did not age well.

My wife had never seen 'Innerspace.' How the hell that happened is beyond me. So I introduced her to it several months ago and am happy to say that, while some parts are pretty cheesy, it holds up very well. I loved this movie as a kid and can't wait to own the Blu. Warners has been doing pretty well with their recent catalog titles. Let's hope they keep it up with this one!

Well, in 2001, Goonies fans thought the same thing, and Warner came through with an excellent release. So, who knows, maybe we'll get a commentary track for Free Willy. Let's spam WB with requests!

I'm going to go with it must be unwatchable now. And Warner will make it
glossy and Michael Bay orange-skinned.

(Lowering expectations; anticipation too high. I want this to transport me
back to those lazy Saturday afternoons.)

Free Willy and Blast from the Past for me, at some point. Never seen, nor do I think I've even heard of, Innerspace.

Would be nice to get a "Free Willy" BD collection, but I guess that's unlikely.

I hope we get the full version of Blast From The Past, as I remember seeing an AU version that was missing many Christopher Walken scenes (which is why I kept the US DVD all these years!). Blast From The Past was actually a far better movie than it had any right to be (given the plot and casting)... with scenes that still crack me up to this day.
