The pre-orders for this will be open tomorrow, March 31st, 2015, according to Bob (3D Film Archive, the ones that put this collection together)

Pre-orders live

I was going to pre-order it, but this is a bit pricey, for a collection of shorts, trailers, demos, and tests. I appreciate the effort Bob has put into this collection, restoring and collecting these things for about thirty years though. Flicker Alley doesn't seem like your standard distributor, and places like amazon probably don't have a lot of negotiating power for mass buyouts with them.

Time-limited discount, from Flicker Alley - time limit unknown. It ended up being $32.64 for me, with media mail delivery. Still quite on the expensive side but $10 cheaper than the amazon option and no tax.

I preordered from flicker alley. Vintage 3D is the absolute coolest thing to me, and over 2.5 hours more than justifies the price for me

I decided to preorder direct with the discount, it's a wonderful piece of our movie history that will probably only be a limited run, that's easily worth $30 for me.

I went ahead and preordered on Amazon. Figured after I paid shipping with Flicker Alley, the $5 price difference wouldn't be that big of an issue.
