Default Let us unreasonably pick apart classic movies.

If Gremlins can't eat after midnight, they can start eating again at sun rise?

If this is correct, then it must be due to the moon being overhead, as 10:30pm is okay.

So what then, about Gremlins in the Arctic Circle? If the sun doesn't set, can they eat without issue? If the moon is out, but it's journey is very low in the sky, will "midnight" never happen?

What if a Mogwai is standing next to the border between two time zones? If it hops a step to the west at 11:59:59, can it safely eat for another hour?

What about Daylight Savings Time?

Do we have to monitor that they don't eat after 11pm? Or does the rule
get adjusted too?

Hey, when did Gremlins become classified as a classic film? Has Turner
Movie Classics begun to show the movie? There's a Criterion of Gremlins?

Duh! It's obvious that the suns relative position from where said Mogwai is is the determining factor of whether or not he can eat.

Star Trek First Contact

Spoiler
In the past Worf and Picard blast the deflector dish to smithereans with the Borg. It was very cool. But sadly, without that dish there is NO way they can go back to the future (setting aside time travel is doable altogether) To me this was a huge plot hole but I didn't care because I fucking loved this movie beginning to end
