I am by no means a healthy eater but I go to McDonalds maybe once a month. Back in School I went every day and didn't get fat either. There will always be sugerladden products around. It's the customers choice to buy the healthy ones which often taste very good. I mean you can eat sugery stuff. Just try not to do it every day and also not for every meal in your daily diet. It's the customers responsibility to buy good food for him/her and especially for their children. Becaue they really don't know any better.

They even put sugar in potato chips. How strange is that? You'd think the salt would be enough.

My job is rather physical so that keeps the weight off.
