Run, do walk, away from 'Run - 3D'. Bryan tells us why...

Yeah...this one was pretty bad. I'll be selling it soon.

Parkour can be used in a movie in a good way. It can even be the focus of the movie, like DB-13...if it's any good. It seemed like the majority of the parkour in this film was running around in a warehouse, or some boring and clearly safe stunts outside of that. Terribly boring movie.

My Thoughts on Run 3D

I suppose everyone's opinion is different. I'll only say to go out and grab you a copy of Bloody Mary 3D, another indie 3D flick, and compare it against Run 3D. Indie films are in a different league from Hollywood blockbusters.

Edit: I'll explain my analogy. If I were to review Iron Man 3, I'd give it about 1 star out of five, and I'd give Run 3 stars out of five. However, Run, a low-budget indie film doesn't have a $200,000,000 budget either. The films are in completely different leagues. A better analogy would be to compare featherweight boxers to heavyweight boxers. Featherweight boxers have speed, agility, they're quick on their toes, and can usually punch faster, but those quick punches won't phase a heavyweight. In fact, one punch from a heavyweight boxer can potentially take out a lightweight. Completely different leagues.

Think I will be skipping this one. Trailer did nothing for me. This review made it more likely I will be skipping this.

I enjoyed the 3D enough, it's just the story didn't pull off the crime/parlour/teen romance thing. If it just focus on two of the three, the story may have been better.
