Might get this 'just because'.

Kinda hoping the Mermaid Steelbook will arrive before this does >_> I think the release is in October? So it should.

well thats surprising....figured they would make a trilogy collection like they did with The Lion King. and to release the sequels weeks after the original? odd, you'd think releasing them all at the same time would make more sense.

but someone said mermaid steelbook? who sells that one? i

It's a Zavvi exclusive in the UK.

Wow that's pretty steep considering both are DTV sequels. Whenever large price discrepancies occur on catalog movies bundles, as is the case here, I just buy it from Amazon UK. I've already had the trilogy for over a week now and it was less than $30.

I'm in Canada XD It's Disney, so it's pretty much guaranteed to be region free, so yeah, I'm importing it because STEELBOOK!

You can't rely on Zavvi to list region coding accurately. They're just protecting their rears by listing the only region they KNOW will work 100%.

A lot of Blu-ray disks are region free (or A/B/C which is essentially the same thing). Certain studios do region lock, and some disks must be for various reasons (usually different distributors licensed for different countries). Certain studios are near guaranteed to be region free for 99% of their catalogue though. Disney is one, and I think Paramount is another?

Already got my 3-pack from Amazon UK which included TLM Diamond Edition, all 3 movies earlier than the 1st one releases in the U.S.
Had Disney bothered to make this announcement sooner I might have held off.

23 pounds is also a bit pricey. It's not terrible - about what I was paying for Blu-Rays when they come out, but more than I want to pay for a disk that I cannot play
