I really just do not understand the point of 4K releases when they don't include bonus features and have nothing substantial to add video or audio wise.

David mentioned so much for the expanded color....

So does he have a display & Blu-ray player that supports expanded color?

If not he will not see any. That would be a huge disappointment for a reviewer to mention that & not even know he would need the equipment to see it.

I do indeed. I would never attempt to review a specialized disc if I did not have the proper equipment on which to view it. HDD is a professional review site and we take these issues very seriously.

Default watched the film Angel and demons 4k in 3D

Hi must admit im new to all this but watched the film in my Sony blu ray player on Samsung 46 inch HD 3D smart tv and switched on 3D application on TV . The effect is amazing and the 4 K version flows so smoothly and looks great in 3D , you feel youre right in the film. Correct me if im wrong and its all an illusion but I had the same feeling with Total Recall 4K in 3D. You have to sit fairly close to screen for full impact.
