Aaron has reviewed 'Continuum: Season One.' He says he was stunned by this series and would recommend it to anyone. Here's why...

Watched the first three episodes and I pretty much quit, turned from a great start into a boring cop show pretty much, the occasional showing up of the future tech wasnt enough for me and following a bunch of "terrorists" around in present day didnt provide me with the Scifi I wanted. I was hoping for more future world and future tech but the show didnt really go that direction at all, after a few episodes if it hasnt really grabbed me I dont bother and this was one of those shows

I watched the show when it was shown over here (UK) last year. I understand how by Ep3 you might think it's just a 'procedural' dressed with a Sci-Fi sheen, but stick with it!

It finds its stride about halfway through, and by the time you reach the final episode of this season, it definitely has something worth following. It's true some elements felt a bit soft plot wise, but the premise is certainly interesting.

This one is worth keeping an eye on. I hope that this doesn't get cancelled by season 3, as there's a lot of material they've set up which could take this a lot further.

Reminds me of 'Fringe' in some ways, insofar as (if the story develops as the final episode hints at) it has the potential to become a great TV show.

Bottom line....one to watch!

Oh my! Is that the Smoking Man? Gee...wonder if he's a good guy or a bad guy? Might make the show worth trying out all on his own

Yes, it is indeed the Smoking Man. Both my wife and I went, "He's still alive!?!" It was cool to see him there, and his allegiances may end up surprising you.

as I beleive they did in X-Files (although, in all honesty, I stopped watching that show the last couple of seasons).

While I don't blame you for thinking so since SyFy branded it as "SyFy Original", it's not. It's a Showcase show from Canada that SyFy just broadcasts over here after. That probably also explains the high quality CGI and why it's better than you expected.

Yup. Just like Lost Girl - another show that looks like a SyFy show until you look closer - and realize that it's a Canadian import. Which explains why it's so much better than anything the Wrestling-and-Ghost-Hunters, I mean, the SyFy channel creates today...

High-quality CGI? I've caught a few episodes of this on broadcast. While the premise is fairly interesting, the PS2-quality graphics are pretty embarrassing most of the time.
