Seems like it might be a movie worth watching. I'll check it out at some point.

Recently watched.

It seems like there's always at least one movie each year that totally pleasantly surprises me. To name the most recent; in 2011 it was Midnight in Paris. For 2012, Perks of Being a Wallflower.

The review pretty much mirrors my thoughts, imo, it's an overall great, underrated movie. In my top 5 of 2012 for sure.

My wife and I just finished watching this gem of a blu-ray. It is touching, funny and carries a real message worth watching and hearing. Do not miss this one - at least rent it.

Just saw this yesterday on the silver screen. What a great, great, great (...) movie. Not a single fault to be found. It may not have set box office records, but this is one for the ages. It will charm audiences for decades to come, once discovered.

Also loved the Rocky Horror references -- now considered "a rite of passage" by Tim Curry. How fitting for it to be featured in 'The Perks ...' Ezra Miller's Frank-N-Furter was a very good evocation of the original.

Molto bene.
