Looking back on 2012, some very funny movies found their way to Blu-ray. Lets take a look at the best of them:

I also thought American Reunion was great. More laughs than I expected (though I could have definitely done without the pot lid scene), but also coupled with that nostalgic feeling that the other "pie" films haven't had since the first.

Two of my favorite comedies to rewatch are on this list (Airplane! & Clue). I've been putting off getting Airplane! on Blu-Ray, as I feel my DVDs of comedies are fine until I see a great bargain. Though after seeing this list, I did order Clue on Blu-Ray, as I love the style of the mansion, and look foward to seeing it shine in HD.

As for Moonrise Kingdom, that blew me away. Not much of a Wes Anderson fan (more of a Paul Anderson fan), but I loved how perfectly and memorably every shot was framed. I'll pick that up, but when I see a good deal on it.

They chose Ted as one of the best comedy blu-ray of the year? You got to be kidding! That movie was repulsive, obnoxious, and degrading. Do you really think a teddy bear that smokes dope and getting high, using excessive profanity, continually relating sexual innuendos is funny?This is just to show you, how twisted this world has become! Ted was disgusting! Buying teddy bears for kids, will never be the same because this movie had completely ruin it.
