Aaron has just reviewed 'Tinker Bell: Secret of the Wings.' He says he's not embarrassed to admit anymore that these direct-to-video Disney movies are actually quite enjoyable for kids and adults alike. This one's highly recommended.

Aaron I'm guessing that you don't have to watch these movies multiple times a week then, for you to still be enjoying them as much as you do? I'll admit that they are consistently better than I expect them to be, but the main reason I've been looking forward to this release for like a year and a half was so I could break up the repetition a little!

Of all the direct-to-video movies I watch with my 5-year old daughter, these Tinkerbell movies are by far the best. Good animation, stories and voice acting. She is very excited about this. I preordered it via DeepDiscount so I'm glad to hear it is up to snuff. Thanks for the review.

Agreed with all the above. I have a daughter who just turned 4 and she's enjoyed the prior Tink movies. And after each of them my wife and I have looked at each other and remarked "Y'know, that was actually pretty decent." I've seen some theatrical releases that were way worse than the 3 Tink movies. For direct-to-video, they're right up there. Aaron - don't feel guilty about the positive reviews! :-)

I gotta hurry up and have some kids so I can justify grabbing more movies like this.
....I'll probably grab them eventually anyway... I haven't seen any of the Tinkerbell movies yet, but I keep hearing more and more good things, and from the trailers I've seen, the animation is beautiful. |

Review states region free, but Amazon.com says Region A / 1 for the 4 disc combo pack
Whats the correct status ? |

Disney stuff is usually region free. On the back of the case this is indicated by the Region A/B/C all together in a triangle.

I skipped out on reading the review of the movie itself, as I haven't seen it yet.
I need to re-watch the first three again though (Not sure where they are, they're among my few blu-rays that kinda got lost in my room) >_< Definitely picking up the 3D set of this though. Wonder if they'll re-release the first 3 in 3D as well? EDIT: Oh, I see it includes the Pixie Hollow games ^_^ |
