Steven Cohen has just reviewed the final season of 'Bored to Death.' He says the series went out in fine form, but he still thinks HBO made a bad call. Here's why...

my favorite noir-otic comedy of all time. Also, the only one (I think). Bad job canceling this, HBO. Bad, bad, bad. It makes me sad.

Check out Robert Altman's adaptation of 'The Long Goodbye' sometime. It's less of a comedy (though it does have a young Arnold Schwarzenegger standing in the background of a couple scenes flexing his pecs for no reason at all), but it's certainly neurotic.

I love Ted Danson in this series. Such a shame that this show was canceled.
