I bought Tim and Eric's Billion Dollar Movie in the combo pack version. It includes a download code for the digital copy. I follow the instructions, go to their website, and click the link which launches iTunes at its code redeeming screen. After I enter the code, it says that I must insert the digital copy disc to use this code. There is no digital copy disc. There is a BD and a DVD. The DVD does not double as a digital copy disc, I tried that. It only has AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders, nothing else. The digital copy instructions to not mention inserting a disc, and do mention downloading the movie. Any ideas about what is wrong?
