Default 'I Melt with You' - High-Def Digest Review

Aaron Peck says following this group of man-babies around was LITERALLY one of the most excruciating movie-watching experiences ever. Find out why.

I've had this screener sitting on my shelf since October and I can't push myself to watch it.

Jeremy Piven is like a man-baby in every single thing he stars in.

This movie looks horrible. Now that said, I don't think the "Let me be her" line sounds THAT far-fetched.

Don't get me wrong - any woman who said that to me during sex would be setting herself up for some insta-shrivel and would probably not hear from me again unless she started calling me up at work. But then, I wouldn't bring up my sister during sex. And if you're in a devil's threesome, the girl's probably not wrong in assuming that your kink threshold is gonna be well beyond that of Manontop Getitoverwithquick.

The lesson here is, if you don't want your sister coming up during sex, don't bring up your sister during sex.

I saw this movie On Demand a few months ago and it seriously messed with my head for days afterwards. I'm not sure if I was in a weird mood or what, but I found it to be immensely disturbing, for all the reasons the reviewer cited. Fistfuls of pills. Mountains of coke. Alcohol flowing like water. And yet, the fates of these thoroughly unrelatable characters end up being in their own hands.

I hated the movie and would never watch it again, but it did linger with me afterwards and garnered a powerful emotional response, so perhaps it's what the filmmaker intended.

Also, I will say that the opening credits were captivating.

Oh... and quick fact: Sasha Grey was the woman that said "Let Me Be Her".
