Obviously, Sid, Dracula, Zorg, and Drexl from True Romance fit the bill for memorable Gary Oldman roles. But his part in Leon will always be the first one that comes to mind when I recall the man's work. Although if I had to vote for most despicable villain, I'd cast mine for Clarence Boddicker from RoboCop.

I absolutely love the way Kung Fu Panda's story is described... It makes Shen seem so much worse now! I'm totally picking that one up!

Some actors carry about that weight, always making you associate them with past performances but not Gary Oldman.
That right there is the single greatest thing about Gary Oldman as an actor. Every character is new and stands on it's own, to the point where you even forget which movies he's been in because you remember the character instead of the actor.

He's an evil bastard and I love it! It's a worthy buy. Can't wait for the Blu-ray review.

If you want to know what Oldman is really capable of go check out "Romeo is Bleeding". I think that it is one of his best...
