Default Fifth Element Exchange, Anyone heard back from Sony yet?

Sent em an email with my data back when we all first heard about it. Haven't heard anything from Sony yet though, has anyone else?

I sent them an email on July 10th and got the following response the next day:

Dear Paul,

Thank you for your e-mail. We appreciate your interest in Sony Pictures Home Entertainment products.

To receive an exchange for the remastered Fifth Element Blu-ray disc, please return your Blu-ray disc (case not needed) to the following address:

SPHE Consumer Support
PO Box 157
Neenah, WI 54957
Attn: [removed]

Please be sure to include your return address (no PO Boxes) and a copy of this email. Your replacement will be shipped to you via Fed Ex Ground. The disc will be sent out after July 17th.

Thumbs up I got mine today

I'm from Finland and I contacted Sony in the middle of July and asked if I could get my imported BD exchanged for the remastered version. I got a reply that the exhchange program was only for the US and that they would contact me if and when the program was expanded to include Europe.

Today I was pleased to find an envelope in the mail containing a copy of the remastered edition, I didn't even have to send my old disc in. Thanks Sony!

(The movie was mailed from the UK, bit it is the US edition.)
