Default 'Mimic: Director's Cut' - High-Def Digest Review

Michael Palmer has reviewed the apparent Blu-ray exclusive 'Mimic: Director's Cut.' He says this is a fun, scary B-movie made by one of the most creative filmmakers working in Hollywood today. The Blu-ray features very strong video, fantastic audio, and an assortment of extras. At $10, this is well worth a look, particularly for fans of the director's other films.

I'd like to read the original scripted ending.

Me too Cheez.

Worth a Look? I would think after reading your review it would be Recommended. The supplements look great too.

I've pre-ordered this, can't wait to see it again!

EDIT: I TOTALLY forgot about the $9.99 price! This SHOULD be a recommend IMO!
MUST BUY for anyone who has enjoyed the film LOL

Best Buy must be selling it in the stores only or only on certain ones, it isnt available through Best Buy online, still says the 27th is the release date and right now it actually shows a picture of the new Big Bang Theory season with a Tshirt LOL, but I'll just wait a while for the $9.99 price from Amazon, I've always enjoyed the original and I cant wait to see the movie thats closer to his real vision, Del Toro is one of my favorite directors going right now and its great that we get to see this now, gotta find a review that compares the two, been a while since I've watched the theatrical, probably wont remember whats different

Finally saw this - What a turd. If Guillermo del Toro's name wasn't attached to this people wouldn't even give it a second look. The acting is uniformally terrible, particularly, but not limited to the kids. No way this is a 3.5 star movie, a 2 out of 5 would be generous. How he want on to such a treasure as Pans Labyrinth is a miracle.
