This has to be the worst remake ever made. It doesn't even match up to what the other version is. This is not a true fright film. This is more towards like a twlight film. It's horrible. It doesn't even match with the acting. I would not even consider buying this movie because its a terrible remake.

Will be buying this movie. Thoroughly enjoyed this one, and thought Farrell did a great job.

One of my favorite films of the year. It's hard to see where that dude's twilight comparison comes in at all. tonally, or story wise.

The remake is way better than the original cheesefest, which, aside from nostalgia, is borderline unwatchable. The acting in that movie is so painfully amateurish. William Ragsdale screams every single line of dialogue he has in the movie.

The new version does exactly what a good remake is supposed to do. It takes a movie with a clever concept but poor execution and makes something decent out of it.

There's no comparison with Twilight here. That post is pure trolling.

While I do like the original...I have to agree with Josh. By todays standard, this movie is almost unwatchable now (and the original 'Clash Of The Titans'. That is another bad acting, cheesey sfx flick that comes to mind). I look forward to watching this remake. Thought the trailer looked good. Look forward to seeing how this performs in 3D.

Dont get me started on Twilight.
