Default 'Thor' - High-Def Digest Review

Nate has reviewed 'Thor.' He likes what he's seen! This Blu-ray is also great, with strong video, almost-too-powerful audio, and plenty of extras. Highly recommended.

While I agree about Mark Ruffalo, I have faith in Whedon. Astonishing X-Men proves he has more than enough love and respect to handle this stuff.

Favorite line in Thor: "Meow-meow? What's 'meow-meow?'"

The weird thing is the prices are really high, yet Thor was one of the cheapest new release 3D titles ever at Amazon Canada. It was only about $25 a few days ago. I think it went up again recently, but for those who have placed pre-orders a long time ago will get the best price.

meow meow is great. definitely the best joke in the film, of which there are more than a few. it's surprising the dramatic tone works so well with the regular infusion of comedic relief.

well personally i didnt really like the movie. both thor & captain america i felt were rushed to theatres for the purpose of bringing the public the avengers movie. i dont see them making sequals for either of these movies, but hey you never know. i hope the avengers will be good.

BQ, one could make that argument, and honestly not be wrong, but considering the potential for failure in a Thor film and how little failure there was here, it really exceeded my expectations mightily.

i have more hope for a Thor sequel than the eventuality of that Avengers flick. would much rather see something in regards to the Enchantress.

I'm not too surprised, it's very necessary when your main character is a guy swinging a hammer around to keep it light sometimes. Please tell me you watch "Earth's Mightiest Heroes," Nate; now that's my kind of Thor!
