Ok I know its supposedly awful. But I'm a sucker for Super Hero movies and 3D, and this'll be the first BD with Ultraviolet; I'm in.

I might have to buy it for the supposed Arkham City skin, and I found it highly disappointing. A part of me just hopes that the extended cut will turn it into Daredevil Director's Cut passable.

I thought the theatrical Daredevil was passable and the director's cut to be pretty bad ass. My feeling on GL is the same, it was passable. Should of been much better, but it is what it is. Not sure if I will pick up, maybe if the 3D is a decent price.

Ben, if you are just getting it for the code, wait and see if I get it. I have the Batman game preordered for 360 so the code would be useless for me. If I get it, the code is all yours.

Note that it seems the extended cut is only on the Blu-ray 2D.

But does that include the 2D blu-ray included in the 3D package?

I actually saw this twice in the theater - the first time, the sound went out for about five minutes and I thought maybe I missed the crucial moments that elevated the entire thing to the level of a masterpiece. It turns out I didn't.

But I didn't think it was awful; just feather-light and completely forgettable, with a rushed, too-easy climax. For me it was definitely the weakest of the summer superhero movies.
