Default Universal's CHEAP packaging

Who knows if studio execs ever read these forums or if the staff doesn't nudge the executives when need be, I would like make a formal complaint about Universal's cheap quality packaging.

First it was Daylight, now I just got my copy of Legend, they use what appears to be a standard Blu case, but with their single sheet cover art insert and their packaging process, the whole thing looks like a wrinkled mess. The smoothest thing about the whole package is the heatshrink, everything else under it (the plastic of the Blu case and the thin paper insert) are wrinkled worse than a shriveled up prune, and that's pretty bad. Worse than... You get my point. Is it the cheap grade plastic on the Blu case combined with the lightest paper they can find? Is the heat sealer set too high? Any village idiot at the packaging plant would catch this problem, so, does the plant have a village idiot or is it totally automated?

Remember, the same studio that fathered the Back to the Future packaging, should I really say more?

the back to the future packaging was already used on office and heroes box sets, it's just not as many people bought those. they had no complaints then. not their fault on that one.
