Based on the information just posted in the news story here it sounds like the same two discs from the first blu-ray plus a DVD and a Digital Copy disc. There was no mention of a new transfer or anything.

just the typical double dip to commemorate an anniversary that adds nothing new (content/transfer wise) than the original release. i doubt this is worth getting for those who have the blu-ray already. but i'm sure it'll be pretty cheap for those who dont so definately worth the upgrade or if you simply dont own it.

This is just the exact same 2009 release, which the 2001 DVD tossed in, Digital copy disc, and a slip cover. The case was bursting through my slip cover.
