Default Avatar 3D is Selling for Over $300 on eBay

If you really want it, you can get it. If you've got it, it's time to sell.

shame on the studios and tv manufacturers for entering into this crap.

Solidifies my current stance of not buying into 3D until the manufacturers quit playing games to create artificial demand for their products.

(and I don't even want Avatar for goodness' sake)

Sorry but that movie isn't worth $30, nevermind $300.
Just my humble opinion...

3D is a gimmick.

what's really sad is we all know there are probably plenty of Fox and Panasonic insiders with copies up for sale.

Who buys the movie for such a price? For a tiny bit more money you can get a Panasonic 3D Blu-ray player and get Avatar in 3D anways...If you then sell the blu-ray player you will pay A LOT less.

3D is a major gimmick. Its not selling well at all and they know it. But, they continue to pimp it at every possible ooportunity. At the end of the day though, noone gives a shit about stoopid 3D and $150 dollar glasses needed to view it. Stoopid. Worthless. Pointless.

It wont last long, dont worry.

And if you own a Panasonic HDTV already, you can just fill out the form to get a free copy. Or just wait!

I often see crazy eBay prices but never for anything I own unfortunately. The demand for Avatar 3D at that outrageous price won't last long enough to benefit me but I would sure sell immediately if I did own it.

I sold my Superman Returns (with PCM) on Ebay back in the day for $150-200. Can't remember the exact ending amount.
It wasn't worth it to me to hold on to it for that price.
