Default Im starting to get angry

What the hell is the deal with Batman Begins and the Matrix trilogy not being released on blu-ray, hell not even annouced! The two movies I have been dying to see in hd have no sign of coming out for blu ray for a long long time. This is the kind of stuff that makes me want to switch to HD DVD. Does anyone know ANYTHING about the blu-ray release of those two movies???

There is nothing wrong with being format neutral. I am and many others are also. HD DVD also has alot to offer and player prices are dropping. Plus you get many great Warner exclusives and Universal titles. Think about "if" Universal ever goes neutral they will already have about 200 plus HD DVD titles that may take years or NEVER will make it to BLU RAY.

Batman Begins is one of the best titles available on HD DVD.

Yes being neutral is the way to go, as an early adopter there are too many "exclusives" on each format that i want, Batman Begins being one of my fave HD DVD's in my collection and Apocalypto on BD.

Sure does make things easier. The Hi Def field is wide open and with players for both formats coming down in price it is much easier to go with both.

The HD movie format is NOT for the patient. And when you can pick up an HD DVD player for $299 or less why not do so? There are plenty HD DVD exlsuive movies that wont' be out on blu-ray for a LONG time and vice versa. Thats why i'm getting a ps3 soon.

Best of both worlds, imho. If potential consumers really want to see what hi def is all about...you almost have to go neutral. Both formats have gorgeous movies to show off that particular format and both formats have movies you just have to see. People who dont own both really are missing out and the words ''format war'' dont help.
