Default Burn Notice S3 No Blu-ray

It looks like FOX decided not to release season 3 on Blu-ray and DVD only.

yep. this was a huge disappointment. i refuse to waste time on DVD. last one i bought was prison break season 4, and i did that mostly so i could review final break.

sure, season 2 got bad video reviews, but such a good show, it would have been nice to have on the format.

Another series of releases killed due to armchair cinematographers/compessionist that do not understand the attributes of the source elements...

So what is the excuse of CSI s10 release not being on Blu Ray then - the season 9 transfer was sweet. Sigh...

Poor sales.

And people who chime in day and day out how wonderful Blu-ray is doing really have no idea what they are talking about when studios continue to cancel releases on the format, not continue with TV Seasons, or skip over them because of poor box office performance.

Yeah, it pisses me off that they're probably won't be anymore releases of Burn Notice on Blu-ray.

Although, like was touched on already, you can't really blame Fox. If a lot of copies of season 2 sold, I'm sure they would have released season 3 on Blu-ray.

true, it's all about sales, so, tell me, what about Prison Break. 1- yes. 2- no. 3- yes. 4- no. DTV finale- yes. the hell?! add to that FRANCE has the entire set.

who knows, maybe we'll see CSI 10 or BN 3 from an import retailer. i'd buy BN 3, regardless of region status. and 1, honestly.

And there's plenty of cases of TV shows not getting their complete runs released on DVD too. Malcolm in the Middle, for example, only got one season on DVD, and I'm sure nobody claimed that was a sign DVD was in trouble. Trying to draw conclusions on a format's health based on TV shows seems like a mistake.

Yeah that prison break thing made no damn sense.

Yeah, I'd love to own all the Burn Notice Seasons on Blu-ray regardless also.

I bought the DVDs. It's not worth it to skip over something just because it doesn't have as good of picture and sound.
