Where the Wild Things Are says the digital copy has an expiration date. When the hell did they start doing that?

Since they started. All Digital Copy codes expire eventually. Wanted expired but stills works while Elf expired and no longer is redeemable.

what, what, what?

damn, I never payed any attention to it, I generally go and dig through my blu-rays for digital copies to transfer when I'm going on a trip somewhere. Sure this is going to burn me soon.

Hmmm what a surprise and further evidence these people don't want you truly backing things up, well unless it's a selling point from them.

That's why a Bonus DVD is much preferable, as it does not have an expiration date.

Well as long as you redeem it it doesn't expire.

....And they wonder why people bootleg/crack software. Reminds me of the DRM scheme they used to use for ipod downloads and the program that came out to defeat it..
