'Machete Kills' - High-Def Digest Review

Steven has reviewed 'Machete Kills.' He says this grindhouse homage grows a bit tedious and messy, but its outrageous action and fun cast are certainly entertaining at times. With demo worthy video, strong audio mix. and a smattering of extras, this is worth a rental.

You forgot to mention that Carlos Estevez is really Charlie Sheen using his birth name.

2.5 stars but Bad Grandpa gets 4...

Unbelievable. Seriously though, I have heard it is bad. I haven't seen this movie as I just couldn't justify paying to see it, so I'll catch it when it come to Netflix next month.

I loved the first Machete, but I agree with the score and all the criticisms in the review. This just didn't have the level of fun and just wasn't very good compared to the first one.

Might grab this when it hits below $10. I have and like the first, so I want this to complete the set. I don't usually care about bad plots and the like either, so long as the action is good.

The first one was AWFUL, AWFUL!
BUT one of the funniest lines was MACHETE DON'T TEXT. The way he delivered that line I LOL. The ONLY redeeming quality of the first film.

Was this better than the first?
