'Lottery Ticket' - High-Def Digest Review
Our review of 'Lottery Ticket' has been posted. Aaron was not impressed, saying we've seen this movie many, many times before. This Blu-ray should please fans, with strong video and audio and a few extras. All in all, this is quite skippable.

No surprise. It looked Cliche and bad from the previews.

I'm ashamed to admit that I enjoy Lil Bow Wow the actor. I'm a huge fan of Rollbounce. However, this just looked...meh. Like it should star one of the Coreys...like the dead one.

LOLz at the end of that sentence. that's immediately where my mind went.

the trailers for this one looked kinda painful and strenuous to watch, and that's just 2 minutes. that for 90+? hell no.

While I'm sure that the star rating is probably accurate, this review doesn't really tell me anything about why it isn't good except for a few statements about the overall movie. The events described sound like they could easily be in a good movie. There were just no real examples of anything that was super cliche or contrived by default, and even cliche works sometimes. I thought Hot Tub Time Machine was full of cliches but loved it because of the acting and dialog. Just not really a review so much as a plot description followed by a two sentence opinion. I'm not trying to be ugly about it or anything, but in the "movie itself" portion, break it down a little more and let me know why you felt the way you did, like specific examples of why the plot or a scene doesn't work.
