Oh gosh, another absolute must have catalog title that may or may not be ruined by Universal's home video department. Fingers crossed, this is one of my top 2 favorite films.

This is one of the best films ever made. In almost any other year it would have won the Best Picture Oscar but it had the misfortune of being released in the same year as Lawrence of Arabia. A definite must own. I hope Universal treats this release with the respect that it deserves.

I agree with you. It may be Universal's 100th anniversary but I worry about what type of underhandedness tactics they will "Budget" to screw the consumer! Jaws, Dracula, Frankenstein, The Invisible Man will all be released eventually, I just wonder if they will put much effort into it!:magnifingglass:
