It looks like its on a slight backorder, but you can still buy it.

If you have an HD-DVD player, you can pick it up used for $8.45 and new from $13.72: http://www.amazon.com/Forbidden-Plan.../ref=ed_oe_hdd
I have 5 HD DVD players (including the one in my Toshiba laptop computer) but no longer buy HD DVDs regardless of price.

I understand. With me, though, that is the whole reason I got an HD-DVD player though - I bought it about two weeks before Toshiba threw in the towel because I saw the writting on the wall, and I knew places were going to start clearing out HD-DVD titles. I got Forbidden Planet for $4.99 at Fry's Electronics. I just yesterday picked up How The Grinch Stole Christmas off of Amazon for $8.00. I love Blu-Ray, but when I can pick up HD-DVDs for a couple of bucks a movie, I go ahead. By the time my HD-DVD player gives out and I have to rebuy movies on Blu-Ray, I can probably pick them up for $5-$10 each, as I have no issues buying used Blu-Rays. The anti-scratch coating pretty much takes care of my major complaint with buying used discs, and I have not had any issues with Blu-Ray. Only one of the discs I have ever picked up on HD-DVD used was so bad that it was not playable, and the seller gave me a refund.
