packaging looks cheap, not even up to par with the soap box cardboard dvd version. its a slip case that folds open and has a picture on it. wish they went digibook.

I'm married now and to this day, I haven't went through a break-up that was nearly as bad. On the plus side, the movie completely took my mind off of it and I sat there stunned in amazement as the credits rolled. How did such a great movie get a theater release during the crap season?
Simple: nobody knew how to market it to the "mainstream". And those that did discover it were either 1) Fincher and/or semi-experimental and/or Palahniuk fans, or 2) Dumb fucking fratboys who completely missed the film's most fundamental themes. Either way, it's a shame that it was dumped...but for all its flaws (love it as I do, there are many), this is one that will endure as one of the decade's -- even quarter-century's -- great and important films.

And for the record, I much prefer the greasy-looking "paper-wrapped bomb-pack" of the original SE DVD (which I'll keep forever, especially for the booklet)...but the BD packaging is really growing on me. So long as the BD faithfully represents what Fincher intended on-screen (and don't get your hopes up too high, "picture-window lovers": I saw it 4 times theatrically, and it was grainy, smeary, and filthy looking throughout), I'm happy.

oy. I can't wait.

I have spent so much money on movies and games this frickin' season.

I hope PQ is there, but especially AQ. The soundtrack of this movie was amazing.

I am getting tired of these nice BR releases with no booklets in them. I mean, my Dogma SE had this wicked booklet detailing a bunch of stuff from the film, they seem to be lacking on ANYTHING.

There's a slip in there FOR A REASON PEOPLE!!

Now, when does Pulp Fiction drop...?

Positive review! Looking at the screen captures I think Fox nailed this one perfectly. Can't wait!

Does the menu just go away after a certain amount of time, or is it actually functional?
