I would expect there to be variations of The Complete Series. Like a basic set, and then a more expensive one with fancier packaging and some extras. It's because of this, I'll wait and see what is out there. But I most surely will buy this whole series on Blu-Ray as soon as the complete series is out. I've held back from rewatching any episodes all these years, and I'm looking forward to a Breaking Bad marathon.

Wait, so are they releasing the complete series in November and then a standalone version of the final season in January? Are they really punishing the people who have been buying it all along by making them wait an extra 2 months?

According to the info in the OP it's November also, I have to think the newer info is wrong. If not... fuck.

When the complete series is in a regular box that fits on my shelves, without all the junk, on sale for about $100 for BR, I'm in. I can wait; it'll happen.

In terms of extras, what's a better buy. The full 5th season has commentary for every episode. The complete series says 55 hours of extra content. Does this include all the commentary that the full 5th season offers?
