Default BD30 problem?

My Panny BD30 just started making a nasty sound while loading discs. They still load ok and it doesn't do it during the movie. I would exchange it but my CC does not have any more in stock. Does anybody have any thoughts on what it could be.

Thanks

I would want it to be flawless. Take it back and replace or get Panny to fix.
