I noticed the incorrect price posting today also. That's the first time I've ever seen a consumer electronic sell for a 30% premium. Must be pretty popular. ;-)

Wonder WTF that is about! I assume it'll be corrected tomorrow.

where did you get a BD-30 for that price? I have been waiting to find one cheap but have not seen anything under $400

Do you know anyone that works in a CE dealer or has connections to a wholesaler? I got two of mine through my panasonic dealer for $300 each. I had to pay cash, but I really liked the player. He actually let me demo the first one for a month before I bought it from him.

I hope this is not the trend we start to see now that HD DVD is gone.

That link to Amazon for the Panasonic is being sold through another
vendor. Amazon must be out of stock. Regardless, that is still a
ridiculous price for that player.

I got mine for $369 plus 5 in-store movies plus the 5 movie rebate from BB last month. They price matched Fry's $369 advertised price.

Fry's advertises 369, but has no availability. They gave me a rain check. But I'm not buying one until the LFE issue is resolved, 'cause I'd just end up returning it.

Dug around ebay and found it and bought it on the spot Saturday morning about 6am, the next closest one they had was for $380 + $19 in shipping. I was suprised I found this but it was not in the HD section just the normal DVD player section.
