Default Should I get a BD player without a remote???

There are alot of reduced BD players that are missing instructions and remotes on ebay. Is it hard to get a replacement remote? I only ask because the discount of these players is like 75% off. Also is the PS3 BD remote compatible with the Sony BD Player? Thanks

I don't think that it would be a good idea to get a bd player without the remote. Remotes can get quite expensive, I've had to pay like 200$ for a oem remote for my T.V. one time. If you can find the matching remote for cheap by all means get the blu-ray player. I'm not sure about the ps3 remotes but I doubt it since the PS3 remotes are bluetooth.

That doesn't seem fishy to you at all? Where are all these players without remotes coming from? They fall off a truck?

I'm sure a decent universal remote would work.
