Default Marker Button on Samsung BD-P1000???

the marker button on the samsung bd-p1000 remote has it so that you can bookmark the scenes youre at and come back to that scene when you want to watch the movie again, the same as the warner bros. titles on hd dvd. BUT everytime i use the marker button, i'll shut off the player and watch the disc a little later in the day or whatever and i'll hit the marker button to go to the scene i was at and its never there. there wont be any saved scenes in there. i'll make sure that i saved it before because after i close it i'll open it back up to see if its in there and it is. so idk, does anyone know whats the problem with it?

I guess nobody knew!

I was going to ask if there was anyway to bookmark a scene on the PS3 and when I did a search first I came up with your thread.

Does anyone know if there is anyway to bookmark a scene on Blu-ray, regardless of player? Or, is there at least a way to resume playback from the same disk? Pretty standard feature on DVD to just power down and resume playback the next day when you power up.

I was watching The Patriot last night, a pretty long movie so I wanted to pause for the night. I pressed all kind of buttons on the PS3 remote trying to bookmark, to no avail.

Don't know about the sammy but on the ps3 I just hit the stop button once and it will resume next time as long as you dont remove the disc.
