Sunshine acts funky. it will play sound but no picture or picture without sound and freeze at any given time. The sound and the picture are incredible, the problems is to get them to work at the same time....

Bd-up 5000
Hi there. just got the bd-up 5000.
"3:10 to yuma" won't load. "Sunshine" acts funky. it will play sound but no picture or picture without sound and freeze at any given time. The sound and the picture are incredible, the problems is to get them to work at the same time. any thoughts or inside about this? I believe firmware is out of question since the player is not even listed in the samsung site.
