Default Please Help...Onkyo 605

Ok, I have the Samsung BDP-1000 and the RCA DV-5000 (using the Toshiba 2.3 firmware). I want to get a new reciever (I have the Onkyo HT-R500) and I'm looking at the Onkyo TXSR605. So I'm trying to understand as much as I can about these formats, but if I get the 605, the only codec I won't be able to play is the DTS HD Master Audio right? I'll be able to listen to LPCM, Dolby True HD, and all the others right?

Correct, though the 605 has the ability to decode DTS-HD MA, none of the players you currently have support the bitstream output of that particular format.

You'll still get uncompressed PCM, TrueHD (though the fancy logo won't light up on the receiver), and DD+.

We get the DTS "core" from the DTS-MA soundtrack. Of course we're all waiting for the firmware update that should allow us to get all of the DTS-MA.
