Default The whoelse Story

Hey im whoelse, im quite new here but not to the whole HD scene. The main reason why i went to Blu-ray was because i own a PS3 and there's no way i'm letting my console support a dead format.

I also support Blu-ray because it is higher spec than the HD DVD so the better format should win. Why settle for second best.

BD's format was developed to enable recording, rewriting and playback of high-definition video (HD), as well as storing large amounts of data.
While current optical disc technologies such as DVD, DVD-R, DVD-RW, and DVD-RAM rely on a red laser to read and write data, the new format uses a blue-violet laser instead, hence the name Blu-ray.
