the word BLU-RAY struck a chord

From a marketing standpoint, I felt that Blu-ray sounded like a new and different tecnology worth investigating. HD-DVD just sounded like DVD. It didn't compel me to look further. I have both formats in my home, and I lean more towards the Blu-ray format.
