My wife has quite a bit of extended family in the SLC area and when we visit I sometimes feel like I'm in another dimension of our world, same world, but everything is just somehow a little different.

Haha it's not really the religion I was making fun of. It's just they are considered overall the good little angels and are nice to everyone, and to see New Mexico rip their hair out and play rough is just kind of funny.

Wow. Just wow. Not only do we have a youngster Rooney (still my favourite player, btw.), we also have colourblind officials. Either that, or Americans need to learn what yellow and red cards are really for. There were some "hairy situations" that should alone make the card of preference a red one.

The referee and his assistants were idiots. Every time you hit someone deliberately you get a red card, it's as simple as that. It's hard to believe three people missed that every single time, and they only time they decided to punish her she got off with a yellow card.

If all that were to happen in a men's match it would have quickly turned into a bar brawl in some countries, particularly in Southern Europe or Latin America.

Where on earth were the referee and two linesmen (i.s. the assistant refs, one either side of the pitch) looking when these events took place? ANY of the fouls shown should be an automatic red card incident. In other words, sending off and a three match suspension, with really serious offences sent to a tribunal to decide if a harsher punishment is justified. I am staggered that no punishment was meted out more promptly.

it made my day twice. after watching this here, i met up with two of my friends to get ready to visit another friend at his college for the night, and before we left we stopped at a local sub shop for some good eatin', and none other than sportscenter was on the shop's tv and that came on and i went guys watch this, and as they were watching i saw their looks on there face go from confused to me telling them to watch something to the "holy shit" look, while all along i was laughing out loud at their, and the rest of the shop's reaction to it.
