No matter what I do I cant get the video to play. If anyone knows how to get the video to play let me know.

You may jest, but I have no interest in the 3D proposed by the TV makers and media providers today. They are too gimmicky and, at the same time, do not go far enough.

The true next generation "3D" should really be something immersive like holodecks.

This looks like the gadget that was being used at the party in Vanilla Sky, y'know the holographic image of John Coltrane. I was always curious as to when this thing would see the light of day.

That being said, there's of course no way I'd buy it until somewhere around the 4th or 5th generation, something like this will be either a)full of glitches b)improved upon a hundred times over on the second round or c)both of those things.

I suspect that 3D may be limited in its scope for a reason that no amount of fancy technology can get around - namely, a significant proportion of people get motion sick watching it.
