Default People on Craigslist think others are idiots

Just glanced through my local CL and came upon some ads where the sellers must really think CL users are complete blithering idiots...

One ad was for a 61" RCA big sreen CRT RPTV...480i...asking price??? $800!!!

Another ad was for a 43" 4:3 1080i CRT RPTV...The moron wants a BIGGER 1080i or flat panel screen size TV for an even up trade...

What are these people smoking to be thinking that someone would agree to their terms??? And more importantly...Where can I get some...

Try finding a vintage bike for a respectable price. I see rust-covered junk bikes selling 3x the original MSRP.

But at the same time, you can practically steal stuff on Craigslist if you're fast enough.

morons who have no concept of value flock to craigslist. it's just the way it is.

Yeah, what's the deal with bikes selling for so much on CL?

I sold a 2007 model Samsung 46" LCDTV for $700 (asking price was $749) on Craiglist. I think I did pretty good for a 2-year-old model with over 1200 hours usage. Electronic values depreciate so damn fast.

eBay is very similar (least in Australia it is), people want more than retail for used crap.

Some are actually worth the cash, but most of the CL bikes selection is owners hoping some rich trust-fund hipster will take their POS and turn it into a fixed gear.

Wow. We have a similar rear-projection (same size, but a Sony) and we only paid around a grand for it, which was at least 3 or 4 years ago.
