Pretty sick HP laptop (please don't start some apple vs pc argument - we all have our preferences), infamous, Mirror's Edge, Socom: Bluetooth Headset Bundle, Dead Space

Also spent an F-ton on a new sleep number bed, and a couch from Crate & Barrel - and reserved a Uhaul, for the new place in SF.

Goin for broke.

Dr Strangelove
Die Hard Collection
I, Robot
The Terminator
The Day After Tomorrow
Universal Soldier

I also bought the Gilmore Girls complete series on DVD for the wife. I have never spent $150 on any DVD collection, it was a first for me lol.

A half gallon of Edy's Ice Cream (vanilla).

I can eat a pint (or more) in one sitting......but Edy's is my favorite, so I must get the highest quality of ice cream.

Going for broke literally with all that stuff you just bought Actually been there my self, fairly recently in fact... Few months ago when I was moving I bought a new Queen Size Matree + Box Spring + protector cover & other extras ($1,200 total), Puppy (~$400 for adoption fee + everything a puppy needs) and misc furnature. I'm just working my way out of debt still, but I'll get there sooner rather than later this time around.

On the laptop, HPs are decent. Mine is working well enough, though it's a bit underpowered for what I do with it (I knew it would be though). The only thing with HPs is that the build quality isn't exactly there. They make attractive laptops and all, and they're very well priced but random crap happens. I've had several screws fall out for no apparent reason on mine, one held in the joint that the screen is attached to, so for several days I had that sucker pupping up the upper left corner of my laptop. I eventually found the screw and all is well again there... But now I have another screw that popped out for no reason and I cna't get it to stay. In this case it doesn't seem critical, nothing is failing with out it in there. HPs work, but they give feeling of being cheap. Might end up needing to replace it sooner than I was hoping with some "help" from the puppy that seems to like leaping on to the laptop KB when I'm on the couch typing.

Yeah - so that's not going to help the wallet much either.

Updates: Deck heater, microwave, $250 downpayment on a lab puppy that is due to be born in a litter in about 4 days. The other $750 due fairly soon. I'm also a fan of adoption (kudos crazz) but we didn't go that route this time.

Not purchased but on deck: Kitchen table + chairs, two office chairs, wine fridge, minifridge converted to kegerator.
