What's the speculation on his death? I mean it sounds like he was found in his bed correct? it's a tragedy anytime a kid (and he's a kid at 20) dies. I don't know what he was into.

what happened to people just not saying nothing if it isnt appropriate?

whether he was into drugs or got shot or hit by a car, whatever it is should not matter. It was a young guy who died. Hes still a human being. He was a son of a pioneer in the music industry. I don't know if anyone here follows hip hop but this kid could easily of been a household name but chose to make his own path and not ride on his fathers coat tails. I applaud him for that.

If he was into drugs well what can I say we all have personal demons. I lost a friend who od'ed. Am I suppose to look down on him for it? He was only a few years older than Dres son too. Also, if this is drug related as well than what makes it so different than Heath Ledger? It doesnt at all because at the end of the day a life was taken. I would expect some respect to be shown if anyone dies. If you cant say anything positive than just dont post in the thread.

jeezus on the inherent racist thought in here. if you have no links to show him w/ gangsters or no arrest records showing he used/sold drugs, then this is just crazy.

he may be the victim of circumstance, where his job and his father's career have led him to have more money/more opportunities, that lead to something bad, like drug use, be it legal/perscription or illegal drugs, either one can kill. his race has nothing to do with it.

no matter what, all we know: a young man is dead, who had a famous father. and since it's a young dead man in the music business who's the son of a famous musician....too bad it wasn't jack osbourne.

Wait a minute. Jack Osbourne is white. That's an extremely disrespectful and racist comment on your part.

Reverse racism has been making a comeback in these past 30 some odd years.

What kind of activities is a 20 year old doing out at 5am?

He and some buddies were probably looking to see who could down the most Tylenol PMs before passing out. Evidently, Andre failed.

I wouldn't know a Dr. Dre song if it bit in the butt but I do have 18, 20 and 21 year old children so I feel very sad about this tragedy. I do know he is famous and wealthy. What if anything the autopsy will show won't change the grief Andre Young, Jr.'s parents must feel now.

I don't know if dying too young is more or less common with the Hip Hop and Rap group of artists than movie stars or other musicians but I do know I read about tragedies like this for all of those groups far too often. Musicians, movie stars and their children are seen mentioned in the obituaries at young ages so often. I was reading about James Arness's family yesterday and found he had a child die young and just this morning reading about one-hit wonders read that the Singing Nun committed suicide by drug overdose about 25 years ago. Carroll O'Connor, Paul Newman, Barbara Eden and so many other celebrities have lost children at a young age. Go back to the 50's and come forward and you will find young dead celebrities or young dead children of celebrities are always in the news.

Just as I expected the worst when Heath Ledger's name was in the news and was once again shown why I expected it, I expect the worst here as well. Wealthy young males just don't die in their beds from heart attacks or natural causes often. One of the pitfalls of fame and fortune is usually the cause.

Chris
