Default Does anyone here Paintball?

I am starting up again after five years next month. Not going to be as agile as I was, but heck, 28 and can still play lol.
I picked up an older proto matrix 5 with ups on it and figure i will give it a go.

Just wanna see if anyone else enjoys it?

I have a Tippman A5 Upgraded
We try and get a couple big games a month set up. We had about 25 people last time we played but sometimes we have six or seven people. I will be 27 on saturday so I know how you feel (were getting old). But I will always play paintball with my friends

Speedball sucks IMO, I like to play (used to anyways) in the wilderness. My friends and I would play every weekend on a few acres next ot my buddies house. Alot of fallen down trees, dug trenches, hidden forts, brush for cover, and plenty of room to flank and scout. It was way too much fun, there was nothing like it. But the few times I have been speedballing it is not even close to the same.

I grew up in a mid-sized town in Indiana and we had one indoor that kind of sucked. It was an old industrial building that was fun, except it was waaaay too dark for it be be as great as it could've been.

In the fall, after the farm harvests, people would set up out door arenas with 1000's of hay-bales, and that was totally awesome. They would set up huge bonfires that would illuminate at night. Lots of fun! I would love to go again, but I have no idea where they are here.

I also went one time when I was in college. My fraternity went has a whole huge group, and that was so much fun. The best part of it was when we sent out our pledges without guns.... You can imagine how totally awesome that was!

Yeah I don't like speedball. I love woodsball though. Damn sport is expensive though. It is amazing when I see a 14 year old kid with a 1400 gun. I get shocked.
