Anyone going/been to Otakon '08 in Baltimore?
Just wondering what the convention is like and if anyone has been to it yet.

No, I like anime and manga but I've never been able to bring myself to go to those convention things. One of my friends had though and thought it was a blast. Lots of booths and shows and people all dressed up as one character or another. Bring plenty of money with you.

I live about 20 minutes from Downtown Baltimore in Bel Air, but never went to one of those shows before... missed the Baltimore Comicon a few times also.

I'm an Anime' Modeler Hobbiest.. always been into Human models, building and painting... even sculpting Originals... goes back to those Industrial Arts days in Art College.
