Wow i'd heard of these people protesting Soldiers Funerals and Heath Ledgers Funeral with there hate mongering and it appauled me but now there bringing the bulklsh*t north of the border to protest Time Mcleans Funeral. If you don't know who he is He was the Kid who was Beheaded on a greyhound bus in Manitoba.

OK...my first thought after reading the headline was "Yes, the Ladies Man is back!"

But after reading this I am sickened by these idiots. I hope their car flips and rolls into a ditch that is on fire and loaded with lemon juice and salt . I know, very likely. But seriously, these people need to burn.

It's things like the Westboro Baptist Church and the Phelps family that make me lose faith in the human race.... those people truly are the scum of the earth.

The daughter of the founder of the Westboro Baptist Church, told CTV.ca she and several other church members will go to Winnipeg on Saturday to demonstrate against what she described as McLean's "filthy way of life." Phelps-Roper described McLean -- who she had never met -- in an insulting, insensitive and graphic manner. Her crudest descriptions of the 22-year-old are not printed.

Geez, what did the poor guy do? I read that he worked in a carnival and was a bit of a ladies man. Whatever life he lead he sure as heck didn't deserve what happened to him, or deserve the hate mongering Phelps disturbing his funeral. Geez, I would think the Phelps would be thrilled McLean wasn't a "fag"; their favorite target.

I saw a really funny video on YouTube where the Phelps were protesting something with their "God Hates Fags" sings and a bunch of gays started told them with "God Loves Fags" signs and the women sheik "Oh God, here comes the fags - RUN FOR IT!!!!".

some people just don't make sense, how in the world can they believe what they say? it's disgusting. It sounds like the only reason they are protesting this poor souls death is because he was canadian.

Yea thats also some more of there hate mongering iS that all canadians are going to hell because were all "fag" lovers. On a more positive note it seems as if all of winnipeg is gonna show up to there protest and gang beat them alot of people are upset at these wacko's.

Canadian border guards have been told to bar a fanatic church group that was planning to protest the funeral of a man beheaded on a Greyhound bus, reports say.

NDP MP Pat Martin told the Winnipeg Free Press that Public Safety Minister Stockwell Day sent the alert to border guards Thursday.

Yea i Saw that but Mrs.Phelps called the Papers and told them that most of there group snuck over the border last night and are hiding out waiting till the funeral bunch of wackos

Haha, Jesus Christ these people are WACKOS!!! I can imagine them just sneaking around with their big ass "God Hates Fags!" signs and "Your son deserved to die" bullshit...I'll bet a trucker nails them crossing the highway and claims he didn't see anything, just keep driving.

Whats angers me about the Phelps phreaks more then anything is they do it in the name of Christianity. Jesus warned us of false prophets like Phelps using his name and his message of love and twisting it into hate. Free speech as its limits. Just as the second amendment doesn't give us the rights to bear nuclear arms neither does the first amendment allow people to picket funerals.
