This place needs a thread where people can come in and talk about anything without having to create a topic for it. For example, I'm bored. See? That doesn't need it's own topic, but I would like others to know that I'm very bored right now. It's hot here. I should be getting some house work done, but instead I find myself unable to get off the computer even though I'm bored. Now somebody else say something random.

PS: I'm well aware that other threads like this might exist, but I don't see it on the main page, so that leads me to believe that this might be the very first one.

I just ate a grilled stuffed burrito from Taco Hell. I'm still waiting for my grilled stuffed turd.

It sounds like you already ate the turd.

I'm thinking that same thing, actually.

That life isn't for everyone. And the single life has benefits too. Some people want families when they grow old. I just want happiness, and right now I think that equates options and adventure. I've been still for too long.

I've yet to decide that myself. I know I want to get married I'm just unsure of a kid or kids. I don't think one would be so bad.

wiser words have never been spoken if you edit that to "i will NOT help people move anymore." nothing worse and less appreciated for the amount of bullshit it entails.

as for kids and/or a wife.....if i've not yet spawned already, which i haven't, i doubt the equipment is capable of such lol. nice way to put it. and as for wife, well, the old saying about buying the milk....yeah

I had to move 3 different people (not just odds and ends, all their shit) and I hate it. I helped one, so the one heard and called me and so on...

I think that I want to get married because I can't imagine growing old by myself. Kids... I don't know, I could get used to many vacations and trips and what not with just my "wife".. anyone that have kids have some perspective on it?

The wife and kid thing...

Having a wife is the best thing ever! The thing is my wife is not the stereotypical woman. Her favorite movies would be classified as "man" movies (i.e. Pulp Fiction and Fight Club are her two favorites). Also, her... umm "physical activities" are hard for me to keep up with. And she'd rather go hang out with a group of friends than do a romantic evening. I even got her a new record player for mothers day (she hates jewelry - some women say it, but she means it). Oh yeah, and on top of it all... she's hot, much better looking than me. I can say I got lucky and I wouldn't trade her at all.

As for the kid, I never wanted children (and I still hate kids in general) but my 3 year old son is the coolest kid ever. He's 3 and already a movie buff! Other's peoples kids still suck.

As for moving, I always tell people I'm working!
