Move fast if you want the 4K/3D combo at Bestbuy, I just had a heck of a time getting one pre-ordered, the only locations available for pickup were 30 minutes away, none of the 3 closer ones would let me pick up there.

Thanks diane! You just made me spend more money! Will expect the price to drop but current preorder price is $39.99. I like that it is listed with so many discs. Hope it's not an error.

I'd rather just wait to pick it up in person at the store. It's a new release for a new movie, they'll have like 5000 copies.

For the Steelbook 4K/3D combo? I'm not so sure of that, I've seen many steelbook BB editions with only a few copies per store and none available by end of release day.

So far the only one I have seen that many copies available for was the 4K steelbook for Fantastic Beasts.... Everything else before I go to the pickup counter I explore and do NOT see any copies available for sale. When I ask at the counter they usually say "they went fast" or "we got only a couple copies."

I wish Menois would describe the deleted scenes in his reviews.

Anyway, awesome movie. If your Best Buy still has in-store pick-up available on the Steelbook, you can get $1 off by choosing shipping and then switching to in-store pickup during the final part of the ordering process.

Was able to snag the Bestbuy SteelBook - there were plenty of copies when just a couple days ago it indicated they were sold out from Chicago to Detroit, I'm betting that was just thier pre-order stock.

Looks to me like the Best Buy combo pack is the best value for fans. Cheers.

The reviewer describes audio on the 3d disc going from rears to sides to front...but isn't this a 5.1 encode???

This was ok, fun. I enjoyed the Godzilla movie as well. The scripts for both of these were pretty bad, but the effects were very good. The 3d was great, watch past the credits.
